Dallas, Jan. 31, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Advancial Federal Credit Union released a new public-facing website at the end of 2018. Fully responsive with a new look and feel, the new site replaces their prior five-year-old website.
“Our main goal is always to provide value and a great experience for our members,” said Brent Sheffield, Advancial’s President and CEO. “The old site had reached an age where we needed something new to accomplish those goals. I think our members will be pleased with what we’ve built.”
Advancial’s marketing team worked with a local digital agency, Imaginuity Interactive, Inc., over the course of more than a year to produce a website that met their standards of quality, efficiency and creativity. “We have a lot of experience working with financial institutions, so the partnership with Advancial was a perfect fit” said Imaginuity’s Chief Marketing Officer, Gary Hooker.
The process began with a series of interviews with Advancial employees to gather ideas about how to improve the site. “We wanted to hear from our front line staff about the opportunities for improvement they’ve identified over the years of using our prior website,” said Deborah Griesbach, Advancial’s Chief Marketing Officer. They also utilized analytics data to understand how the site was being used.
Despite a totally new look and reorganized informational structure, Griesbach was confident that members would find the new site easy to navigate. “Our search feature is significantly improved, but I think that the new menu layout is intuitive enough that our members won’t need to search to find what they need” she said.
The new site also includes vastly improved analytics. “Now that we’ve launched the site, we’re not done improving. We’ll be paying close attention to user data to discover how we can make our site even better for our members and potential members,” Griesbach said. “We’re proud of the work we’ve done, but in many ways our work has just begun.”
