Associa Sierra North Hosts the Office of the Ombudsman for Common Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels for Training Session

Reno, NV, March 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associa Sierra North will be hosting two classes facilitated by the Office of the Ombudsman for Common Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels (CIC) on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, from 10AM to 12PM PT.

The sessions' topics will include steps to ensure compliance with state laws, budgeting, reserve study information, financial terms and what they mean, importance of interim financial statements, audits vs. reviews, and budget adoption and ratification in accordance with NRS 116.
